We highly recommend Lee from Davis Tate if you are selling a property in Woodley. What at first appeared to be a simple, short chain turned out to be a nightmare but Lee went over and above what most people expect from their agent. From recommending an excellent solicitor and removal company to communicating with solicitors up and down the chain. Even chasing Land Registry when there was a last minute panic before exchange.

Lee was easily the best estate agent we've ever had dealings with. He knew the local market well, and gave excellent advice on how to price our property. He was quick to respond to messages. We felt we could trust him and his advice during the process was always spot on. He did a brilliant job at finding out what was happening elsewhere in the chain and his liaison with other parties saved the chain in the end.
