The sale of our property went beautifully, Lee found us the most wonderful and patient buyers and this would turn out to be more important that we could fathom. We highly recommend Lee from Davis Tate if you are selling a property in Woodley. What at first appeared to be a simple, short chain turned out to be a nightmare but Lee went over and above what most people expect from their agent. From recommending an excellent solicitor and removal company to communicating with solicitors up and down the chain. Even chasing Land Registry when there was a last minute panic before exchange.
