Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley

Reply from Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley: Thank you Alex. I will explain to anyone reading this why your review was especially pleasing to receive. Alex sold his property with an online firm. Let's call them Pink Cement. My vendor was buying Alex's property and I asked my vendor to put us in touch directly. I was then able to help Alex with a whole load of issues that cropped up on his sale plus kept him updated on the rest of the chain. Bearing in mind he wasnt actually my client and got all this help for free. Sadly he received absolutely zero and I mean zero, assistance from his own agent whom was getting paid! So to receive a review from someone who isnt a direct client is very pleasing. In case you are wondering why we helped so much...simply because it helped our vendor and buyer move forward. Just a case of going that extra mile for clients.
