Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley

Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry all the way through to completion. Our initial meeting was productive and Lee was very understanding of our requirements and gave us honest guidance based on his local knowledge and experience. He made my wife and I feel very relaxed and at ease in our dealings with him. He was always willing to give us advice but actioned whatever our decision was at the end. He managed all viewings in a covid secure way and once we’d accepted an offer, managed the process through to completion by liaising up the chain to make sure everything was progressing. We’d highly recommend Lee to anyone and would definitely use again. His responsiveness is fantastic and he replies to messages or emails late into the evenings or over weekends. Thank you for managing the sale of our home.
