James was in a chain selling through a local agent and buying through another local agent. His seller was buying from me. James was on our mailing list so I had his contact details and as the chain progressed, we helped each other doing all we could to unlock various issues that cropped up along the way. James was really keen to help move things forward and I assisted him with achieving this. Lee was very efficient, very helpful, and went over and above in order to secure the sale. After the first sale failed because of a link in the chain, he quickly found another purchaser. Was always pushing tardy solicitors and keeping us more informed than anyone else. Excellent service. Would use again.
