Lee just sold a large 5-bed detached house for us. I have been through the sale/buy process some 20 times so far and he is by far the best estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only was he always available, courteous and helpful, he also really went the extra mile to find out information, contact other parties (with permission), and even found spare light bulbs just before a viewing! I can only recommend him as THE person to sell a property in this area and am happy to be a reference for this.
Reply from Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley: Stella, thank you and what an amazing thing to hear. To be fair you made my job easier by always making such sound judgements on issues that needing attention. It was a pleasure to help such a kind family. Thank you for placing your trust in me to handle the property sale. Take care.
