Probate sale handled by Lee Russell during summer 2024 into Feb 2025. He was recommended by friends who had recently sold through him. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Clear, well evidenced valuation and we sold at asking price. Once underway all comms via WhatsApp which was easy and hassle free. Not a straightforward sale, with a couple of odd wannabe buyers that might have wasted our time a lot more than they did had Lee not recognised the signs and advised us accordingly. He worked his socks off and managed the chain like a Rottweiler to a timely completion date. Can recommend him without hesitation and at 61 I’ve moved a few times and had both good and very average service in the past. Best agent by far. We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Lee Russel from Davis Tate Woodley.
