I was very happy with the service from Lee at Davis Tate in Woodley when I recently sold my house there. Communication was excellent in every way: he always responds promptly to messages and makes the effort to stay in touch to provide updates; and he is also very approachable. Unlike most other estate agents, he deals with every stage, which I'm sure results in a more joined-up experience than the more segmented approach of the other big estate agents. I was never in any doubt about the breadth of his experience in the area or about whether his advice was genuine. I can't think of anything I could fault him on at all!
