I was really pleased with the service provided by Lee at David’s Tate. He was well informed about the local housing market, took the time to understand everything I had done to the property so he was well informed when speaking to potential purchases. He was very pro active with potential viewers and always kept me well informed. I found him very professional and would strongly recommend Lee and his team.

Reply from Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley: Hi Nadine Thank you so much for using me. It was refreshing to meet a vendor willing to look at the evidence of the property value and not be swayed by an agent pouring honey in your ear with a price they couldn't actually justify. Hope you enjoy your new home. Thanks again for the fab review. Lee Russell Davis Tate Woodley
