I recently had Lee as an agent in our chain and found him to be hugely helpful, knowledgable and he kept our whole chain running. Post sale we were pretty much forgotten about by Purplebricks, so without Lee's help I doubt our chain would have closed at all. Incidentally, I am seeing many more SOLD signs from Davis Tate in our area than 'FOR SALE' signs from the online agents.
Reply from Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley: Hi Mr Bullock, thanks very much for your great review. Selling properties is usually the easier part, it is managing peoples expectations, timescales and solicitors, especially in long chains, where you want an agent to stand up and be counted. Helping you achieve your timescales ultimately helped my client move so it was a win win. I am especially thrilled to have received your review, given that you were not my direct client. It really was a pleasure to help you and I am glad we managed to make it happen.
Best wishes
Lee Russell
