Update (7 years later): I first wrote this review below when I bought my home through Lee—and now, 7 years on, I’ve just sold the same property with him, and I can honestly say my opinion hasn’t changed one bit. Once again, Lee was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His knowledge, professionalism and calm, confident approach made the whole process feel far more manageable than it could have been. What really sets him apart is how proactive he is—he didn’t just sit back and wait for things to happen, he actively drove the entire chain forward when others were dragging their feet, keeping everything on track and making sure the sale completed. It’s rare to find someone so consistent, reliable and genuinely excellent at what they do. Going back to him to sell was an easy decision, and he completely delivered.
