I highly recommend Lee at Davis Tate. When we changed to use him as our estate agent, he got an offer for the property within a few days. He offered clear, fair, explained advice throughout and made regular contact. He kept all parties informed and ensured the sale went through smoothly. We had already agreed a fair to lower price due to them having no chain. You trusted me to decline the revised price and to remarket the house again. We achived 25k more than their original offer and so 50k more than the proposed chip. Was worth the 6 week wait to get the new buyer in!
