We sold our home through Brockenhurst in Overton. The stand-out support for us was from Aidan Le Croix. Throughout our home-selling process Aidan was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails and even set up a group chat to keep us informed about every development. His calm approach was particularly helpful towards the end of the process with numerous challenges in the chain and went above and beyond to keep the process moving. He even helped us post sale when parcels were delivered to our old address. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If you need support across the board during a property sale or purchase you can’t go wrong with Aidan at the helm of the Brockenhurst team. Thanks so much Aidan and team.

I was really hesitant to go with these guys and I wanted to go with one of the bigger companies. We ended up using element on a recommendation. I was totally wrong, the communication and extra effort they went to was so much better than we could have hoped for. They did extra things to help outside of what they needed to so and it was so well handled. They were cheaper too. If we ever needed to sell again we would only use Element.
