Really happy with Element. Very friendly and helpful. They talk to you and treat you like a human being, not just a customer/client. If you have any issues, they are quick to reply and resolve any issues. They also clearly care about what they are doing, not like many landlords/agents in London who have minimal care for the properties and renters. Definitely recommend using them!
