Element properties provide a fantastic service. Having been with them for 6 years they never fail to deliver. Their response to any questions / requests is always done with a quick turnaround and to a high standard. A friendly, professional team, I highly recommend.

I have personally dealt with Mr George and Mr Costa on properties across London and they have delivered each time. Incredibly professional, responsive and it seems nothing is ever too much for them. Highly recommended to anyone who wants an agent that so far has been 10/10!

Been a tenant for almost 3 years and could not be happier with the service Element provides! They're always there when anything needs to be fixed or replaced, response times are excellent. And on top of that you have the friendliness and warmth of Cos and his dad; they really make you feel comfortable and assured that they got your back. Could not recommend them more!

We've had a great experience with Element Properties (Costa & George). We felt really at ease during the entire process, there was none of the pushy attitudes that are so common in London real estate, which was a great experience! They were really friendly, super responsive and helpful, responding to emails and messages on weekends and evenings to assist us.
