I’ve been renting one of Element’s flats for 18 months - great value for money and excellent professionalism and responsiveness. Cos, the landlord, has always been reactive to our questions and when things had to be fixed, he acted in a matter of minutes/hours instead of the days/weeks of your usual London agency. Definitely recommend Element, they are a pleasure to deal with!

Can’t recommend Element Properties enough. George delivered a professional yet tailored service, adapting to our needs and working hard to ensure we were happy. The communication was excellent and we felt supported and informed throughout the process. George was genuine and honest and made us feel comfortable and more than happy to work with him.

Element properties provide a fantastic service. Having been with them for 6 years they never fail to deliver. Their response to any questions / requests is always done with a quick turnaround and to a high standard. A friendly, professional team, I highly recommend.

I have personally dealt with Mr George and Mr Costa on properties across London and they have delivered each time. Incredibly professional, responsive and it seems nothing is ever too much for them. Highly recommended to anyone who wants an agent that so far has been 10/10!
