Element Properties

After a poor experience with another agency I didn’t have high hopes. However, Josh and element properties certainly proved me wrong! Amazing agency, fast and responsive. Josh helped with all out questions and admin issues while also getting us ready and moved in within two weeks. Overall brilliant agent.

Cos and the team at Element Properties were incredibly helpful and excellent in helping me buy my first home. They were quick to reply to emails and phone calls and always polite, friendly and professional. A 5/5 service from start to finish. Would highly recommend

After dealing with so many bad and greedy agencies in London Element Properties is by far the best experience. Very helpful and responsive. Finally a bit of humanity and common sense in the estate market. Couldn't recommend them enough. So far I am impressed! Thank you Josh and Cos!!

The team at Element provided fantastic service and sold our place quickly and without any extra stress. We also had help from their mortgage advisor who helped us get the best rates with our circumstances. I would recommend them as they are knowledgeable and provide a professional service during a stressful time.

Element Properties have been excellent! I received a highly professional, swift and effective service. It was a pleasure to work with Josh and Cos, I can't recommend these guys enough.

Josh has always been very responsive and helpful. Very happy with my experience.
