In the few dealings I've had with them as a prospective client of theirs, the professionalism, patience and pleasant communication from Cos was great. He was clearly happy to take his time in explaining various financing options, with the full knowledge that I'm far off being a potential fee generating client any time soon. Refreshing experience in this field.

Amazing people and service. Overall experience with Element Properties has been so good! Josh has been the most flexible, available, efficient estate agent I have ever worked with. From helping me to find a cleaner, decorator etc... to finding tenants and organising the contract. Josh has been so helpful in everything. I have even managed to mess things up and pay them twice. The refund was issued within the hour (in the evening). I would not think twice in the future, Element properties all the way :)
