We love our apartment. Element Properties renovated the place just before we moved in, it's all very neat and nicely done. Cos is a great landlord. Very kind and always there to help and/or answer questions. Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure working with them. The second house we rent from them and we couldn't be happier. They are always ready to help with anything, trying to accommodate our needs from the begining and quick fixing of anything brakes. I totally recommend them. Ander

I have been impressed by the professionalism of these people and their dedication to their work and their customers. I wanted to invest in a commercial within a specific budget and they turned the world around until they found the best property within my budget.
