Highly recommended! Josh and the team, they are very helpful and when you contact them, there will be a very responsive reply.
Such a breath of fresh air compared to most agents I've dealt with when renting in London in the past. The whole team are so responsive, the move in process was super smooth, and any issues we've had so far have been dealt with extremely efficiently. Can't recommend enough!
After bad experiences with previous estate agents, Element Properties really was a breath of fresh air. The team ensured the move in process was as smooth as can be and they were always happy to answer all of my questions! Cannot recommend them enough!!

Moving house can be very stressful, but Element properties made it a really pleasant experience for us. We moved into one of their lovely flats. No hidden fees or bidding wars. The rent price is exactly as advertised. Great communication throughout the process. Great team of people, would highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Element. Ejiro made the process really easy by being so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. There are some terrible estate agents in London but from our experience, Element appears to be an exception. Would recommend.
