Hello Barbara, I am sorry you have found the need to wright this review, I fully understand that you are upset however we are only trying to do our job to help you and the landlord. Regarding the damp we have had a damp company go to your property, they have advised that the damp at the property is condensation which should be managed by you, condensation is formed when the building is not heated and ventilated correctly, I am happy to discuss further with you. You have given notice to move out of the property, as per the tenancy agreement it states you will allow prospective tenants to view the property during the last month, we appreciate that tenants work and all we were asking was for days and times you would be available to show people around in order for the property to be re-let for the landlord.
