If you d'not want to sell or rent ring Belvoir as they hang up on me 3 times in total. Chat is no different they make empty promises still waiting.

We didn’t have a great overall experience selling with Belvoir. Initially, the appraisal was quick and efficient. The pictures looked amazing and within a week we had 12 viewings and 6 offers as our house was very popular. Despite this, we were encouraged to sell £5k below the asking price just to get a quick sale. Our buyer was unreliable from the start and despite our constant concerns, we were told by Belvoir that “she appears to be serious” even though after 3 months, she still hadn’t arranged a survey and had tried to knock the price down several times. We asked Belvoir to put the house back on the market, which they did reluctantly (as they wanted to keep this ‘serious’ buyer), we were not told about any interested parties until finally the ‘serious’ buyer dropped out because she couldn’t afford the house, we then suddenly had an influx of viewings come in the very same hour she dropped out (probably interested parties they had not told us about previously). Disheartened by our Belvoir experience, we signed up with Bartrams. We sold within a week at full asking price and an added bonus was they were £400 cheaper, so we made a whopping saving of £5400.

Don't bother with Belvoir. Went for a viewing and the agent didn't turn up. Will not use them again.

As belvoir tenant of 13year private renting as long term tenant as landlord sold flat living in and paying rent for as not helpfull of re housing cost as expect month rent for new housing contract would not cross over deposit fund as told them fell like kick out my home as Alax in Wolverhampton reply yes landlord sold your flat as risk being homeless guy as advice give as long term tenant they not support re housing cost

Very disappointing – would not recommend this agency My partner and I were looking to rent a house through this agency. We paid a holding deposit and both passed all reference checks. We have stable jobs, excellent income, and strong credit scores. Despite this, the agency suddenly informed us we needed a guarantor. Since we didn’t have one prepared, we offered a friend who is a homeowner. The agent told us this would be sufficient. Days later, they came back saying the guarantor didn’t pass the references and therefore the house would not be rented to us. This should have been made clear from the beginning. We even offered to pay a two-month deposit and to change the guarantor, but neither option was allowed. We feel misled – not only did they take our money, but they also wasted two weeks of our time and gave us false hope. Extremely unprofessional and disorganised behaviour from both the agent and the agency. Stay away.

In the same industry my self for 15 years. Been rejected for a property, no reason given. Not even a call back after weeks, not even a response on email with a complaint! Utterly applauded with the customer service from all the staff in lettings, you’d think working in the same industry you’d help each other! THEY CLEARLY PICK AND CHOOSE THEIR OWN TENANTS. LANDLORDS PROBABLY DONT EVEN KNOW THEYVE BEEN OFFERED A GOOD TENANT! LANDLORDS AND TENANTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

I hoped for my queries to be followed up. A check list to see whether important jobs were complete would be useful. Times just ticking along and I’m still suffering with rodents years on. I feel very sad putting this review up. I understand your managing agents. But the manage is not there. I didn’t want to add the videos because this is way too public.
