At least let me know that the property I expressed an interest in is no longer available! I get it, it's up to the landlords discretion of who they want in, but I enquired as soon as a property went onto the market, I called and was told to speak to Jack, he then told me it was vacant, what that fast? I thought you was getting the place refurbished as your own email states that when you emailed it to me and that once you have keys, you will let me know. YET NOT even a week later you tell me it's been taken. Other estate agents always call or email me whether I'm successful or not. I have already emailed you today regarding the property if you can check emails. Guess I will try elsewhere
I've had quite a negative experience with them for a viewing and had the impression of an unprofessional services. However, my complaint was acted on after that by a manager and I am pretty happy with their approach. They assured me they arranged training for their staff and are more careful with their client communication. I've had a few follow-up calls. Hopefully they have improved, indeed.
Never respond to any of my emails. Applied for many properties never been given opportunity to view apart from one when agent was 30 minutes late.
