The branch initially gave us the run around with the arrangements but eventually we were able to rent a house and it's been trouble free thus far.

There was a mix up with the keys for my building surveyor to gain access to the property which caused a reschedule for the survey, which I believe was due to an office relocation. Not great, but these things happen! The team were always happy to answer questions and chase up the vendors solicitors for me. A very friendly and professional team.
Dear Team MY star ratings for the service i have encountered during my time with your property estate is directed to Hannah. Initally my the liason with Belvoir was hard going but, Until i spoke with Hannah. Hannah has been extremely helpful, she goes the extra mile and pro active with communication liason. Hannah's interaction and mannerisms are on point, she has a great sense of humour. I always find pleasure speaking with Hannah who is definitely a fantastic assett to Belvoir.
