I had the misfortune of renting a place from Seymours in Woking. From the start it was a traumatic experience. There was damp and mould all over the place and required me to spend an extra 3 days before I could move in. I made a complaint about some items such as loose carpet on the stairs almost 6 months ago and still haven't had any hint of a resolution. The previous tenants had the money deducted from their deposit quickly enough though. I can't wait to move out; the stress of moving again in just 12 months is far less than the stress of dealing with Seymours.Their electrician touched the live cables together when changing a socket and blew out the fuses and damaged computer equipment. The heating didn't work and I had to fix it myself. Both sinks were leaking.Mould in every room.Blocked drains.Etc etc. the list goes on.
