My daughter brought her 1st property through Chancellors. Daniel was brilliant from start to finish. Very polite, quick and very efficient. Always answered calls and was quick to get things processed. After finding what was probably the worse solicitors, they were very good at dealing with these useless people and still went out of their way to help. Terry and his team were amazing. Even when my daughter struggled with the solicitors, Terry was there to lend a helping hand and guide her through the process. Great branch in Woking. Very efficient and polite members of staff, would recommend Chancellors in the future.

After having our house on the market for some time with another agent and the house not selling we decided to change to Chancellors, the reason we chose them is because they seemed the most genuine and very helpful. After returning from holiday to find my garden an overgrown mess, I contacted Homyze to see if they had anyone available. To my surprise, they sent someone round the same day to weed the beds and tidy the bushes. The work was outstanding - I am very impressed. My garden looks superb and all the mess was cleared away later last night.
