WARNING about damp flat with health hazard they are currently relisting ( 1 bed, Tudor Way, Knaphill) Very long story short we had the most stressful year renting a flat that was being destroyed by damp and black mould in every room. Destroyed thousands of pounds worth of belongings etc. Despite being logged as a health and safety hazard on the inventory check out report, and knowing that flat needs some serious investigation and work, chancellor's decide to relist it 9th April just TWO WEEKS after we moved out. Anyone who is going to view their (now inscreased) £1.2k 1 bed flat inTudor Way Knaphill, just know that it has serious damp issues and it will ruin your health and chancellors dont give a toss about anything but taking your money. There's water ingress in the built in wardrobe wall, mouldy carpets and window bays and they just keep painting over it until I comes back through, which doesn't take long. They failed to fix it when we were there and acccording to residents this keeps happening over and over, people move out due to damp and the next victims move straight in. Funny thing is chancellor's lied the whole time saying flat has never been damp and saying we won't be relisting it. And it took them a lick of paint and TWO weeks. Chancellor's and south east property management lied to us on multiple occasions, we wouldn't trust them again. We're with Seymour's now and very happy in a non damp flat.
