Nuvin found a good choice of tenants for me and the transition was perfectly managed by him. Sadly the contracts team messed around and left me a bit unhappy.

Dealt with Matt Carter on several occasions, very professional and courteous. In this instance we couldnt find a property with Matt but this was in spite of him trying his hardest and really going the extra mile for us. Would certainly deal with Matt (and therefore Chancellors) again.

I recently bought a flat through the Woking branch and mainly dealt with Matt Carter. He was always helpful and approachable, answering all the questions I had about the property before and after the sale. If he was unavailable there was always someone happy to pass on a message; it would have been a 5* rating if they had tried to answer my queries without passing on the message, but I imagine that is just their set up.

Terry, Matt and team were very professional and handled a very difficult drawn-out painful six month transaction with aplomb. Full marks.
