Estates agents in general don't have the best of reputations and after spending the last year looking for houses in the Woking area I have definitely come across my fair share of good agents and bad. Alex from Chancellors in Woking was definitely one of the good ones. He was extremely polite and friendly as well as very responsive. I would have to say though that Alex went above and beyond with helping us secure what was in the end a rather eventful house purchasing experience. Doing all he could by liaising with solicitors and vendors from all parties across the chain. I would have no hesitation in using Alex again in the future or recommending him to others.

First class service, Alex the manager spent a lot of time with us to ensure we got the right price for our house sale, I was very impressed with his understanding to what we needed, also when things got a little tricky he then came through with a solution, if we move in the future we will 100% use them again!!! recommended highly.

Finally exchanged and ready to go! Alex and his team were there for us every step of the way with a service that is hard to fault. Would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Thanks again Alex for being our 'first port of call' when things got tricky.
