First class service, Alex the manager spent a lot of time with us to ensure we got the right price for our house sale, I was very impressed with his understanding to what we needed, also when things got a little tricky he then came through with a solution, if we move in the future we will 100% use them again!!! recommended highly.

Very happy with the work that these guys put in. We needed to find a flat at relatively short notice and they worked hard to help us find and secure it. We've now moved in and are very satisfied with how it went.

5 Stars. Gotta say I've never ever ever given a 5 star rating to anyone or anything believing that there is always room for a little improvement somewhere. However, on this occasion I've done so without any real hesitation. Why? Simply because my wife and I have had the sort of difficult purchasing experience you wouldn't wish on anyone not even a Chelsea supporter.... That latter comment is not to be taken lightly. I'm Tottenham thru and thru BUT during the process the team at Chancellors Woking, particularly Branch Manager Terry, ably supported by Matt never ever gave us reason to doubt their ability to make it happen. The process took a mind boggling 24 weeks from offer to completion. Mind boggling as we were cash buyers and they was no chain. We encountered numerous hurdles along the way. Had to deal with certain elements who gave us cause for concern. There was pain but as they say "no pain no gain"....thats complete tosh by the way. We almost gave up but the professionalism of the Chancellors team never wavered and they fought for us. They kept us informed and frankly challenged us to trust them and we are so glad we did. They were instrumental in making it happen. I could go on and on and on but I won't. Just trust what I've written. This brief overview is just that 'brief' but it has to be said. We are now proud owners of a wonderful flat which our grown up daughter lives in. We also now have friends at Chancellors Woking. The team at Chancellors were excellent. They focused on getting quality prospective buyers for viewongs rather than just quantity of people not really interested. Once we had proceeded with an offer, the team and in particular Robert Colman and Matt Carter were very efficient and responsive, helping the process along nicely through to completion. I would recommend them!

Estates agents in general don't have the best of reputations and after spending the last year looking for houses in the Woking area I have definitely come across my fair share of good agents and bad. Alex from Chancellors in Woking was definitely one of the good ones. He was extremely polite and friendly as well as very responsive. I would have to say though that Alex went above and beyond with helping us secure what was in the end a rather eventful house purchasing experience. Doing all he could by liaising with solicitors and vendors from all parties across the chain. I would have no hesitation in using Alex again in the future or recommending him to others.

James Fitzpatrick was highly professional and easy to work with. He did a great job finding us just the right house to let for the next three years. He was efficient and got all the paperwork finished long before it was due. James took the time to answer all of my questions and made our move as easy as possible.
