My partner and I recently purchased our first home using Breckon and Breckon Witney and found them to be great. During viewings, B&B were certainly more professional than other estate agents in the Witney area. As first time buyers, we found the process relatively straight forward and appreciated unprompted explanations at certain points. We also appreciated receiving information from the seller via the estate agent informally as this was significantly quicker than via the solicitor. We'd recommend B&B Witney anytime, and thank John and the team for all the time and effort spent pushing the purchase through, particularly during a global pandemic 👍

There's a reason why Breckon & Breckon are successful and it's because they keep a firm grip on the sale progress and absolutely make customer service the priority. Why did we chose Breckon & Breckon to sell our house? I'd merely suggest that we sold in around six weeks in a very difficult market, negotiated the price that we really needed and were kept fully updated throughout. They proactively went out into the market and cold-called prospects to tell them about our house, then setup viewings. Rather than flood us with viewers, they qualified only people that wanted our type or property and were in a good position to proceed. All of the team at this branch were fully aware of every aspect of our sale and returned calls within a short time or even called around to see us. On the road where we used to live, all of the properties (handled by B&B) have sold, but the other agents have not (at the time of writing). When it comes to selling your most valuable asset, I think it's a wise decision to engage a company that acts in your best interest at all times. Sold our house within the month of putting it on the market and kept us up to date with both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house which they also managed. My husband and I purchased a house at the end of last year with Abbeymill via Breckon & Breckon. We dealt with Jeremy from the beginning. He was nothing but helpful offering viewing time’s that suited our work pattern even though he lived some way from the site. Jeremy was also very kind (and patient!) with our two little boisterous boys on viewings and would bring games for them to play with. He was always prompt in responding to queries and never came across as pushy like many other agents I have dealt with in the past. Being a new build the exchange needed to happen quite quickly and Jeremy was always on hand to help make a stressful period go smoothly as possible, like helping resolve a challenge we had with the bathroom rather than leaving me to deal with the developers on my own. On moving in day, Jeremy had kindly got us cards and gifts including two for my boys which I thought was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend Breckon & Breckon and Jeremy in particular.
