There's a reason why Breckon & Breckon are successful and it's because they keep a firm grip on the sale progress and absolutely make customer service the priority. Why did we chose Breckon & Breckon to sell our house? I'd merely suggest that we sold in around six weeks in a very difficult market, negotiated the price that we really needed and were kept fully updated throughout. They proactively went out into the market and cold-called prospects to tell them about our house, then setup viewings. Rather than flood us with viewers, they qualified only people that wanted our type or property and were in a good position to proceed. All of the team at this branch were fully aware of every aspect of our sale and returned calls within a short time or even called around to see us. On the road where we used to live, all of the properties (handled by B&B) have sold, but the other agents have not (at the time of writing). When it comes to selling your most valuable asset, I think it's a wise decision to engage a company that acts in your best interest at all times.
