Having recently dealt with John Bouwer in a chain it was refreshing to see a property professional deal with very tricky circumstances so well. As an independent estate agent myself I was hugely impressed with how John dealt with this situation to help achieve the positive result we were all after.

Having wasted some 6 months with a national estate agent we decided to use Breckon & Breckon in Witney. What a great move that proved to be as John Bouwer and his team where very professional and a delight to deal with throughout the sale of our property. We can't recommend them to highly!

We've dealt with lots of estate agents on our first house search, and John at Breckon & Breckon has been among the very best. He's been informative, reliable and did a great job of representing the home owner. When it's our turn to sell a house one day, we'll be knocking at his door again!

I bought my first home through Breckon and Breckon just over a year ago. It was a fairly complicated transaction, with the lease being modified at the same time as the sale. Nevertheless, I was kept up-to-date throughout the process. Particular thanks to Sarah, who even drove some documents from one solicitor to another to speed things up at the end!

Can't fault the service, what should have been a simple sale and purchase turned into a protracted sale and the agent (Jeremy) kept my buyer engaged and the property i wanted available for me, highly recommended!
