I had the sad situation of having to sell my fathers property after his death. I was recommended Breckon & Breckon by a friend of my fathers who has used them before. The service I received was second to non! Absolutely amazing service by John Bouwer who was very professional, made sure there were plenty of viewings, always kept in touch with updates and advice, always so pleasant and helpful. The property is now in exchange, and we are waiting for completion. I have had expert guidance through the minefield that is the selling of properties from John Bouwer who has been most charming, professional, and good humoured. He made an emotional situation easier to bear. I live over a 100 miles away and he made things so much easier for me. I cannot thank him enough. I would recommend Breckon and Breckon Estes agent’s definitely.

There's a reason why Breckon & Breckon are successful and it's because they keep a firm grip on the sale progress and absolutely make customer service the priority. Why did we chose Breckon & Breckon to sell our house? I'd merely suggest that we sold in around six weeks in a very difficult market, negotiated the price that we really needed and were kept fully updated throughout. They proactively went out into the market and cold-called prospects to tell them about our house, then setup viewings. Rather than flood us with viewers, they qualified only people that wanted our type or property and were in a good position to proceed. All of the team at this branch were fully aware of every aspect of our sale and returned calls within a short time or even called around to see us. On the road where we used to live, all of the properties (handled by B&B) have sold, but the other agents have not (at the time of writing). When it comes to selling your most valuable asset, I think it's a wise decision to engage a company that acts in your best interest at all times. What a good decision it was to appoint Breckon & Breckon Witney to sell my house, after an initial disappointing 9 months with my first agent. Adam was my main contact and could not have been more professional, engaged, friendly and sympathetic with what was quite a difficult and emotional sale. Adam was always enthusiastic, positive and understanding and gave outstanding service, always returned my calls promptly and continued to give his support through to completion and beyond. I really cannot speak too highly of Breckon & Breckon Witney and would highly recommend them.

We were impressed with Breckon's service from the very first valuation and believe they went above and beyond for us. We genuinely don't think we would have achieved our sale and purchase without their help and guidance. A special mention goes to Adam but also John and Danielle for all their hard work and all the Witney team. Meeting us at our new home on moving day with a bottle of bubbles was a special touch. Breckon and Breckon were fantastic. Sold our house within the month of putting it on the market and kept us up to date with both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house which they also managed. Jeremy, Tobias, Tim and Sarah did a great job and we would definitely use them again in the future. It had a friendly family feel yet stayed professional.

I have dealt with a few estate agents and I can honestly say that Breckon & Breckon (Witney Branch) have been far superior in every respect. From the very outset it was obvious that they took pride in their jobs, knew the business inside out and had the patience, understanding and knowledge to allow me to have the utmost confidence in what they were doing. The one thing that truly shone throughout was the flawless professionalism, even when faced with a number of setbacks. I give special thanks to both John and Sarah (Witney Office). My husband and I purchased a house at the end of last year with Abbeymill via Breckon & Breckon. We dealt with Jeremy from the beginning. He was nothing but helpful offering viewing time’s that suited our work pattern even though he lived some way from the site. Jeremy was also very kind (and patient!) with our two little boisterous boys on viewings and would bring games for them to play with. He was always prompt in responding to queries and never came across as pushy like many other agents I have dealt with in the past. Being a new build the exchange needed to happen quite quickly and Jeremy was always on hand to help make a stressful period go smoothly as possible, like helping resolve a challenge we had with the bathroom rather than leaving me to deal with the developers on my own. On moving in day, Jeremy had kindly got us cards and gifts including two for my boys which I thought was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend Breckon & Breckon and Jeremy in particular.

We sold our house with Witney Breckon & Breckon after looking into all the options. We decided that they could offer us an existing customer base and selling expertise. I am so glad we did, they were super friendly and professional throughout and kept us sane! Even after the offer and leading up to exchange and completion Danielle and the team remained engaged and interested in the whole process. Fast efficient and fully engaged. Definitely recommend.

Thank you so much to John, Danielle and all the team for the most efficient sale of any house I have sold, top of 7. Keeping our buyers sympathetic to our delays for six months, negotiating with the agents where we were buying. Incredible, quick feedback on every viewing. Sold in under a week for full asking price, which was higher than the valuations given by their competitors. Always being available, responding to messages from early morning to late evening.... amazing!
