We recently sold our one-bedroom flat via Paramount and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are very clear about the segment of the market they specialise in and were able to get us asking price for our property with only one viewing. All this while in the middle of the 2020 pandemic and after the initial stamp duty holiday buying frenzy. We spoke to two other agents and were starting to doubt if there was a demand for our flat. Paramount, however, let us set the listing price, worked with us on the photos and presentation and were willing to push to find the right buyers to get us asking price, while others weren’t. They are decent folk who speak to you like a normal human being. And they were responsive and helpful every step of the way. They were instrumental at the end of the process in getting an exchange and completion date locked in, after three months of persisting with a particularly tricky solicitor who represented our buyer. Leighton and Robert at Paramount were particularly outstanding people to work with. Leighton worked tirelessly right up until completion and even afterwards to ensure all parties were 100% happy.

We have been renting a fully-managed property with Paramount for the past few years, and our experience has been excellent! Everybody has been super responsive and professional, ranging from sales, viewings to property management (thumbs up to Tash there!), and super attentive to any issues. Everything you can expect as a tenant from a managing agency! Highly recommended.
