Paramount have been a breath of fresh air so far after a stressful experience renting elsewhere for the last couple of years, I would highly recommend using them. They take care in helping you move everything across with utilities etc, and Oliver and Katie and the team have been great at every step of the way. They really put in extra effort and care into everything they do. We are looking forward to the rest of our renting experience. Update: we rented with Paramount for 18 months and were very sad when we left for a bigger place. The property was managed by Tash and they were so attentive to issues, we have rented 4 flats in the local area and I can safely say that Paramount is the best service of all local estate agents for property management. The experience of reporting and dealing with issues was stress free and repairs very prompt - and that is very rare for London rentals.

Andrew and Janki have been AMAZING from the moment we first contacted Andrew. Professional and still have a side to them that is very personal, it has made our experience so lovely and we are even more excited to move into our new home! They were super thorough and have made it very easy for us to handle documentation and understand what is required from our end. Given the pandemic has caused lots of changes in the way things are done, Paramount have made it so that most process is digital and socially distanced when viewing the property. Just an overall great experience given we viewed and picked up keys within a week! We were kept fully informed of progress on our application as well.
