I was moving from NYC to London and did my flat search from abroad. From the very beginning Oliver and Janki have been so helpful and communicative throughout my search. I was able to finalise a flat that was in a great neighbourhood and also an easy commute to my office. The previous tenant of the flat was unable to move out as expected so Paramount was kind enough to book me a hotel to stay in while the previous tenant finalised their move. I was stressed and anxious as I was coming from another country, but Oliver and Janki made my transition smooth with their trusting word and communication. I’m grateful for their help.

Great experience - agents were very helpful, passionate, and were eager to find us an alternative property after our first offer didn’t work out. They showed us flats that exceeded our expectations and within our budget and never tried to “sell” us too much. Overall, a much better experience than what we experienced with other agencies. As a couple new to the country, the agents explained the process very clearly and we never felt out of the loop. The onboarding / signing process was smooth and easy. Dexter and Janki were our agents through the process.
