I have recently rented a property with Paramount properties who have supported a refurb, sourced tenants and are now managing the property on my behalf. The support I have been given, the speed in which items are addressed and the efficiency with which everything has been done, has been excellent. Spencer has facilitated electricians, painters and handymen with speed and efficiency - all of whom have done a quality job. The attention to detail to ensure the property looked great for marketing and was spotless for the tenants was much appreciated. Tenants were found promptly. I've had good contact with the property manager, Tash, and so far I've heard nothing from the tenants which is a good sign. I would recommend paramount on the basis of the service I've received.

Good service

As an independent landlord I have used Paramount on and off for around 20 years. I recently refurbed the flat and I cannot fault the help and support of Paramount through the whole process. This has not been helped by the current Covid situation but Spencer and his team have been professional, friendly and helpful and I now have a refurbed flat and a new tenant with minimal loss of rent.
