He was very prompt if any issues were there. my property purchase went through some emotional ups and down but Lionel was always keeping both the seller and myself positive and at the end we made it and also got exemption with out stamp duty.Thanks Lionel

Through the process, he was available to guide and advise me. He did a great job chasing the seller's solicitors on our behalf to speed up the process.
