I was very impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the Paramount team when looking round properties in West Hampstead. We were kept well informed during a speedy negotiations process (deposit, tenancy agreement etc) and everything was sorted out with the minimum of fuss. We had the keys for the new property within a week of paying our deposit. Since moving in there have been some snags with the property however we had already been introduced to the correct person to contact at Paramount if we had any problems and these have been quickly resolved by the team. I have been extremely pleased with the service overall and would highly recommend Paramount.

After having an offer accepted on a property on Monday, with the move in date of Saturday, we were nervous that it was too soon for everything to be checked and completed in time. Paramount and Jason, who we dealt with, were exceptionally professional and efficient, they were in constant contact so we knew exactly where we stood in the process and what was left to be completed, and facilitated the smooth and trouble free completion of our rental contract. Paramount is a rarity among Estate Agencies in that they actually care about their clients. You never feel cheated or dealt with unfairly - their fees and terms are extremely reasonable and you get an excellent, responsive service. I also happen to have experienced their facilities management and that's also impeccable. The team of agents is exceptionally friendly and professional - Sam, Jason, Daniel, Sarah, and others have helped us massively along the way. I'm very happy to say I see no reason to use any other estate agents in the future.

I couldn't recommend Lionel at Paramount more highly. I chose to sell my flat with Paramount because of the service I had experienced when buying five years ago. Of all the agents I was registered with Lionel was the only one who would contact me as soon as properties came on that met my criteria and I really felt he was committed to the process, wanting the best for both buyer and seller. Having recently exchanged contracts on my sale I have had this confirmed. Lionel was fantastic with keeping on top of things to ensure the process was as quick and smooth as it could be and I certainly felt very supported throughout the whole process for which I am very grateful!

We have been very impressed by the service we have received from Paramount and Dexter in particular. Although our move hasn’t gone as smoothly as we would have liked and we’ve experienced a few maintenance issues, we’ve really appreciated Dexter’s and the other Paramount staff’s (particularly Daniel George in the maintenance team) speedy and friendly responses to our emails and more importantly, their willingness to deal with the issues promptly. That said, the process prior to moving in was super easy and efficient and it’s by far the best agency we have dealt with. Most importantly, we are loving our home and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Paramount to anyone looking to rent a property in Hampstead. Thank you!

An excellent service Paramount. I chose Paramount having contacted several local estate agents when I was nearly ready to sell. The clear information I got back and the initial meeting with Lionel told me I could deal easily with the straightforward, professional approach. Things have gone very smoothly to the point of exchange and my flat has gone for a good price with the minimum of fuss. Very happy with the way I've been dealt with.
