Paramount and Landlord not acting quick enough to resolve damp walls/leak/mould. Reported on 3rd September and still nothing has been done. Although responsive, no work has actually taken place and is very frustrating.

Dexter & Kirti from Paramount Properties have really excelled, during this extremely stressful and difficult time that were all going through they have gone the extra mile for me from start to Finnish responding way out of business hours really going the extra mile and sorting out any discrepancies really quickly made me feel that I was in capable hands. The ‘move in’ side was helpful with Paramount keeping utilities connected. The emails from Katie before move day eased things too. Goodlord kept sending automated instructions which I couldn’t respond to. But overall a positive experience. Thanks.
