Many thanks to Danielle, Dexter and Jason for great support, fast respond for any of my questions and to being very helpful from the beginning. Paramount is the best lettings agency with I deal so far. I had good experience and I would definitely recommend Paramount to anyone looking for properties.

Overall it was a great experience we had with Paramount. Throughout the process Dexter and Jason were extremely helpful and approachable, and dealt with the problems with care. There was a lot of waiting on the negotiation with the landlord in the beginning, but with their effort we managed to sort it out nicely and got the flat we want. I would recommend the team to anyone who is looking to rent in West Hampstead area.

Dexter at Paramount Properties helped us to find our new place to live and found it at only the second place we looked at. He was very easy to deal with and accommodating (viewings after hours, late notice etc.) when we were looking for a place. Once we found what we were looking for, the process from there was easy (Kyla was very patient with our references - thank you!) and Dexter made sure everything was in order for the move which went smoothly. We would highly recommend Paramount Properties for anyone looking in London. They were always extremely professional and highly responsive to all emails and communication was always honest and clear. Throughout our tenancy we were looked after by Dani in the property management team and we could not have asked for a better point of contact. Dani always went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and happy in our home. Any issues with the maintenance of the flat were dealt with promptly and with minimal disruption to us. We always felt comfortable allowing the Paramount team and their work partners access to the property when we weren't home as they were trustworthy and reliable. This is a really incredibly efficient agency with an incredibly attentive staff. We recently requested a furniture replacement from Paramount and Mark Durban quickly and efficiently addressed our requests and concerns without any stress. In under 24 hours it was delivered and set up in our flat. I am very pleased with this agency and highly recommend working with any of the staff here. Very pleasant experience over the last year.

We had a great experience working with Dexter on the letting side. He was very responsive, flexible, and helpful throughout the process. This was our second time looking for a place to rent in London and dealing with Dexter and Paramount was a pleasant change to many of the other bad experiences we've had. As far as the management side og Paramount we're only a short way into our tenancy, but so far the experience is positive and much better than our previous management company.
