Jake Jacobs from Paramount was an absolute star throughout the whole process. Made it very easy for me and made me feel comfortable, always helping out even with the really small stuff. And still continues to do so even afterwards. I would highly recommend him and the Paramount crew. He's a very down to earth and genuine bloke which was definitely an added bonus. An excellent experience, and the best I've had. We had to move quickly because of a terrible leak in our current flat. We saw the Paramount flat on Thursday, Kyla did all of the referencing and paperwork on Friday and gave us the tenancy agreement to review over the weekend, she amended the agreement and took our deposit on the Monday, they are cleaning the flat on Tuesday and we get the keys on Wednesday. Incredible. Kyla is friendly, communicative, professional and so efficient I suspect she might actually be two identical twins working the one job, I will always recommend Paramount and Kyla to people looking to rent in West Hampstead, Kilburn and Cricklewood.
