We have been renting a flat through Paramount for two years. We had a few issues with the flat, but mostly due to the owner. The agency has tried hard to solve the problems we had with water leaks or security. They do not answer very promptly and it would be good if they could be a bit more responsive. Overall, renting in London is an awful experience, but Paramount works quite hard to provide a decent service.

Although there some issue with the boiler since I moved in but hoping the Property Manager will help get this sorted out.
