Nothing short of

I planned to view a property 5 days in advance that was a long way away. I got a text while I was half way there 80 minutes before the agreed time at 10:00 AM saying my viewing was cancelled and the place was now let. Absolute joke.

Mithering over 24 hours of a late letter to leave the tenancy. Not the tenants fault psot is late and due to current situations it's a bit ridiculous trying to force a tenant into paying an extra month of rent for soemthing that isn't their fault.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Charged my partner for new bins when moving which had been burnt down 6 months previous by youths in the area, also charged a rubbish removal fee of 70 quid when we had already arranged for the 'rubbish' we needed clearing from the flats on Darlaston Rd(which I don't reccomend anyone to move into, rats all over the place due to rubbish not being collected from the local council, damp and water coming through the ceiling which the landlord couldn't be bothered to sort out and youths setting bins on fire) they also charged 105 quid for a broken toilet seat and a further 75 quid for a mirror and stand left behind which were already in the proerty upon moving in.... Laughable. Honestly don't bother speaking to anyone either they're all rude.

Utter time wasters, booked a property viewing which was cancelled 30 mins prior to the appointment. Rearranged for another day only to call up on the day & the agent had absolutely no knowledge of said appointment. They lack common courtesy to call clients to confirm anything, I've had to chase them all the way. Avoid costly mistakes with these bunch of clowns

very rude I recently rented a

very rude I recently rented a property from them. it was filthy dusty mouldy damp they said they would remove certain items before I moved i which they didn't when you call them to try and explain they don't want to listen their providers might be happy with their service because they get paid we have to lay and to live in a dump like that now I have to go through all the legalitys of getting my money back despite them being in breach!

Once your properties are sold/let etc .. Can you please remove your advertising boards. I did ring your office but one of your staff thought it best to put the phone down on me. Awaiting your response.

When you rent from them them charge you a move out fee. How ridiculous?! No clear lease and make up rules as they go. This company should be sued.

Why 2 boards up 1 property for sale, take your unwanted boards down. Spoke to them on several occasions this is misleading and false
