I would just like to say that I have always received great customer experience when I am dealing with Penny Watson at Belvoir. She has always been very polite and helpful and efficient when dealing with any of my requests!
Good service, decent price, they have organised the salon well for social distancing and have dividers in-between the washing basins
I have just had a phone call from Robert to inform me that this should be a branch reveiw rather than a belvoir reveiw. Branch was OK, other than telling us we couldn't move in until a certain date (due to electric work being done) and when I rang to chase it up I was informed the landlord wanted people in sooner rather than later (I hadn't been told the electricity had been sorted) also I was told I had to give one month's notice to end the tenency, when in fact it worked out to 2 months, so we had to find another months rent. I still wouldn't use belvoir to rent a property again. Customer service wasn't the best overall, and lots of fees to start and end the tenancy.
Phone rings and you hear someone answer but they immediately hang up. When you finally get through and they say they will get someone to call you back, this never happens.NegativeResponsiveness
Staff are very enthusiastic but work inefficiently. Appointment took 48 hours to complete but waited nearly 10 days still no results.
