Can’t rate zero stars otherwise I would, had a viewing at Powell Street. No agent arrived, no one opened the door called the agency to hear it’s been cancelled. I was the one to inform the other 4 families also present. Was waiting for 30 minutes before I called them, absolute joke! Glad I didn’t do business with them.
