I am reviewing on behalf of a friend. I am totally shocked at the way the estate agent treated them .. they were buying a property. Estate agent ignored calls and emails even on completion day! They did not get their keys on the day and I had to encourage them to call directly. This has inconvenienced them and sadly not people to complain but as someone who is likely to sell .. this is an agency I would avoid!

Hi Leo, Firstly, if what you've said in your review is correct I'd like to wholeheartedly apologise to your friend - this is not acceptable and not the service levels we adhere to meet with all clients and buyers alike. I've looked through the past 6 months of completions however and I've quizzed the teams in both of our offices and nobody seems to recall a transaction where the buyer did not receive their keys on completion. Appalling customer service and extremely unprofessional, called to advise on property availability and the advisor was patronising and belittling. Estimating my monthly expenses, saying 'the landlord would not accept someone like you.' DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are looking for an unqualified financial advisor!

I would not recommend. I rented a property and it was a very bad experience. At the move in the flat was in black out and filthy. Be extremely careful with the Inventory and the inventory clerk.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Giving one star as I can’t give less than that. I’ve been waiting 2 months already to get the keys from my new flat and the staff ignores me every time I go to speak with them, and let’s no talk about how many emails I have sent already without any answer from anyone. They don’t care at all about their customers. If you email them wait at least 2 weeks until you get an answer of course. Never renting or buying a house from them, really bad service and incompetent people. I’m in a situation where I really need these keys and no one I doing nothing about it, we are talking about keys, what you use to get into your house

Emailed 3 times in regards to a property I was really interested in and would have rented. And now I have lost out as I was completely ignored.
