Dey King and Haria Estate Agents

Sam was amazing in seeing us through the longest sale in history! One gazumping and a collapsed chain on our own purchase made it incredibly stressful all round but Sam worked really hard to keep it all on track. Amazing photography of our property by Ben and all round a great service and experience. Thanks guys.

Sam and Ben at Dey, King and Haria were fantastic from start to finish! Very helpful and informative and with me every step of the way. I got a very good price within 48 hours for my property and that was down to their knowledge of the market and selling/marketing ability. Would definitely recommend!!!

we found all staff friendly and knowledgeable, the extra time they spent with us explaining the process, running documents to solicitors and generally getting to know us as people rather than just clients was really appreciated. nothing was to much effort for Sam and the team and we would recommend them to anyone.

The guys at Dey King and Haria were fantastic throughout the sale of our property. Top quality marketing and a highly-professional and proactive approach from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very helpful when buying our first property. Ben went above and beyond to help us out! Highly recommended!

Brilliant service. Would recommend to anyone without any hesitation. Sam and Ketz are professional, quick and honest. As a first time buyer, I'm glad to say I have had no problems with them.

We have just bought a flat through DKH, Sam was my main contact, he was extremely helpful, he always got back to me within a day with answers to any questions I had. I received updates from Sam every step of the way, Ben was also very helpful. I would highly recommend DKH.

Great experience letting with Dey King & Haria, very professional. Good attention to detail and most importantly, responsive when needed. Ketz has been very helpful all the way through the process - good quality photos, professional/knowledgable and honest. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant I couldn't recommend the guys more so professional from start to finish got us more than we expected for our property and a lot more than other estate agents quoted. Sam was fantastic to deal with so responsive and great for pushing things through with solicitors/buyers etc. All in all a fantastic service

Sold my 1 bedroom in Bushey

Ben, Sam and Fawn were amazing, The photographs they took of my flat looked great and they were just a pleasure to deal with. I had the flat up for sale with other agents for a while and was getting no viewings. Once I switched to Dey King and Haria I got an offer after about two months (for more than I expected to get for it!). The sale went through very smoothly, they did a great job going back and forth between solicitors and keeping the buyer happy. They're a good bunch of people, very warm and genuine :) .
