I will begin with a comparison with other agencies we contacted, after which we could tell that Dey King & Haria was the best agency we found and we are happy we rented through them. We were in the process of moving to Britain and looking for a place to rent. Most of the agencies we interracted with were barely sketching any interest in their customers. Most agents, when showing us a place, didn't even know anything about it, they just read the details from a print of the web ad, so basically they weren't able to provide any clear Information more than what we already found on the internet. However, with Ketz Haria from Dey King & Haria the experience was completely different. From the first moment we could see he knew the property very well and was able to provide clear and honest answers to all of our questions. His honesty was a big difference from all the other agents we went through, and was a big help for us, during the stressing time of finding a place to stay. After the initial process of getting the rent was over, he continued to help us with any issues we had on the property, spending his personal time and energy when we couldn't do it ourselves anymore. From visiting their agency I could tell that the other partners in the company probably share the same philosophy regarding their customers, and I can only wish them that they get the same good will and honesty from their customers.

We have a number of properties and have built up a good understanding of the buy to let market. We've used numerous letting agents, some good, some bad,some very good, some very bad. While looking for a place in Watford we dealt with quite a few estate agents and can highly recommend Dey King and Haria. Although Samuel was our main point of contact every time one of us phoned up and he was not available the rest of the staff knew exactly who we are and could help deal with our questions. Samuel went out of his way to keep the sale going collecting paperwork to be signed and dropping them to the relevant persons to ensure that the process is not delayed and we cant think of another estate agent that was willing to do that. There are many estate agents in Watford but few that actually know what they are doing. We can highly recommend these guy's.

Not like the big boys, in fact they are FAR FAR better by a mile! It's all about volume sale & lettings to most of the larger agents as they have huge agency costs to cover. In doing so, they lose sight with what's important - customer care, because they're too rushed off their feet to pay attention to the details that count. Not so with these chaps Ben, Ketz and Sam, their attention to detail & proactive approach to our fully managed letting was exemplary. The brochures were very impressive as they focused on areas that they knew would sell/rent well for the current market and location. They knew exactly what type of tenant we were after & found the perfect match. They are extremely proficient at reading people, be they a vendor, landlord, buyer or tenant. They have a wealth of experience in regard to sales and know the market extremely well. For our purchase they weren't at all pushy and were pretty laid back. All the partners came across very professional and their experience shows. A refreshing change, as they have a more modern approach to sales and lettings compared to more traditional or dare I say "typical" agents. Keep up the good work chaps and don't grow too big too quickly, for the sake of your clients!

I would recommend Dey King & Haria for anyone who wants their property managed. This was all new to us, and after speaking to a few real estate agents and asking a lot of questions (some of the agents didn't seem to want to help unless we signed up with them), we decided to go with DKH because they were honest, helpful, were willing to answer any questions that we had, knowledgeable, and were not pushy. The best quality about them is their honesty, and the fact that they do what they say they're going to do. This is my highest valued characteristic as you have to be able to trust the person/company that you're going to entrust with your property. Their experience and professionalism shines through from how promptly and efficiently they get things done, and they are very flexible and can work around any last minute changes.

Dey King & Haria Estate Agents are professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. Whilst taking the photographs they moved some of the furniture around which made my property look amazing in the brochure they produced. The property attracted plenty of attention, more than I have known previously, and from the several offers I received, I was able to make an informed decision about which Tenant I wanted to proceed with. My tenant has just moved in and it’s all been hassle-free. As first time buyers, our experience dealing with Sam Dey from Dey King & Haria Estate Agents was (and this is no exaggeration) superb. From the onset Sam was great at communicating and dealing with the negotiations. All the typical “estate agent” stereotypes that we dreaded as first time buyers were put to rest, as we never felt rail-roaded or misinformed. Sam was always very straight-talking and to be frank, went above and beyond the normal duty of an estate agent to help us seal the deal and purchase our first property, even helping us see the property for the second time on his day off (a Sunday!) .
