Dey King and Haria Estate Agents

Incredibly helpful in a tricky move, would definitely use again.

Absolutely brilliant Sam, all the team were fantastic from the word go.. 3 viewings & a sale. Another local agent had 5 times the amount of viewings & nothing but time wasting, disappointments. 110% recommend Dey King and Haria, If we ever need another estate agent we would have no hesitation using Dey King and Haria again. Cheers.

I have always had great service and good common sense advise from Susan and her team when I've had the need to find tenants for my properties. They seem to always find the most suitable tenant for whatever size of property and always there to support you through difficult situations I would highly recommend using them.

Great estate agent with a hugely helpful team. Susan was brilliant at finding the right tenants for our house. We know we can trust her expertise and she is managing the property really well for us. I can highly recommend their services.

I've just exchanged through Dey King and Haria and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They always kept me informed of any issues, we had a slow vendor solicitor which adds to the stress of buying and selling but they were always badgering him to get on and do his job. In the end their hard work paid off as they kept the seller and me as the buyer happy through to exchange relatively stress free.

Susan was great. She almost single-handedly sourced the correct tenant for my property. Although I lost a month's rent, this was due to my being unsure of my move date and had I have known I could have moved at my leisure. However, the moment the tenant fell through, she immediately re-marketed the property and was extremely determined to find the correct tenant as quickly as possible, which she did. She kept me informed on a frequent basis and organised everything. There is no way I could have managed everything with her. She is always friendly and approachable and has the patience of a saint. The other members, are helpful as well.
