From the moment i walked into James Neave office to enquire about putting my property on the market, i instantly felt at ease and at home. Andy met me with warmth and a lot of knowledge. This was the second agent I listed my flat with, after I had given notice to the first. Things moved very fast thereafter meeting Andy. Even before the flat went on the market we had viewings booked. As soon as it went on the market it was insane the interest that came through the door. Very quickly it was sold. Jordan my sales progressor was nothing short of amazing, patient, kind and a delight to work with. My buyers became difficult at times whilst I was going through the onward on my end and Jordan and Andy handled it with absolute grace trying to minimise as much stress as possible. We completed within the timelines I was advised and as hassle free as it could be. I cannot recommend James Neave highly enough or say good enough things.
