Andy, the manager at James Neave, is amazing and so different to most agents who promise the earth but don’t deliver. Andy is realistic and honest, calm and unflappable, professional and kind, and always quick to reply. Andy’s local knowledge is invaluable and he is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend James Neave to anyone selling or renting.

James Neave acted as my agents for both letting my house and then ultimately selling it. Lisa and the rest of the lettings team were always helpful and made my first foray into lettings both problem and stress free. Andy went above and beyond with marketing my house to sell. He was always pleasant, understanding and responsive during what was a stressful time and I received more frequent updates from Andy than I did from my own solicitor.
