I'm quite surprised by the negative reviews as my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent (moved into their property recently). Emily, who is responsible for this property, is very friendly, responds to questions and requests immediately, and is super helpful in general. Quite a few things were not ideal and they got addressed right away. In fact, things got fixed of which I wasn't even aware that they were broken. So far, I'm super happy with RMA!

It was a pleasure dealing with RMA this week, especially our property manager, Farhan. Our tenants reported a few maintenance issues which, in my experience with other agencies, usually take a long time to resolve. I’ve noticed a few negative reviews here, but based on my personal experience over the past three years, they don’t reflect the level of service I’ve received. In many cases, concerns seem to arise from deposit deductions due to damages, which is a standard and fair process followed by most letting agencies. From my side, everything has always been handled with complete transparency and professionalism. There are no hidden charges, and all terms are clearly explained from the beginning. As long as expectations are met, the process is smooth and straightforward.
