Before moving into a rented property make sure your windows shut and open and make sure your taps are working because good child’s estate dont really give a crap with who is suffering

Regarding the tap, we had an engineer inspect it and can confirm that there are no faults identified during the evaluation. If you are still experiencing any issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we’ll be happy to investigate further. As for the window, we understand the inconvenience this may be causing. Since it is located on the third floor, resolving this requires scaffolding and a more extensive setup to ensure the work is completed safely and to the highest standard.
