Not only did she make herself regularly available for me to go in and take measurements she also chased solicitors on both sides to hurry up the convenyancing process. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely be asking Becky to sell my house for me when the time comes.

Ours was a slightly complicated sale involving a buyer with a bridging loan which introduced a lender's solicitor on top of the usual buyer's and seller's solicitors. Goodchilds were excellent at driving the process and chasing the solicitors for feedback throughout to keep things moving. It felt as though our sale mattered and they were always up to date with the process which isn't the experience i've had in the past with some of the larger chains. Value for money was excellent.

Having worked for Goodchilds a little under 4 years ago, I already knew the level of service to expect when instructing them to sell my house. Despite the already high expectations I was blown away at how amazing they were, photos & video were phenomenal and after booking 8 viewings in the first week I knew things were looking good.
