I will not recommend goodchilds to anybody due to the bad experience l had with them in regarding to my deposit.Some of them are very rude even though I never missed my rent payments, they were very harsh and rude anytime l try to get my deposit back.
Enquired about a property on rightmove, no response to my enquiry, rang them a few days later to arrange a viewing. They answered the phone rudely with the first line of response being merely "full time employed" followed by "you need a homeowner guarantor" no pleasantries, no customer service. I had both of those things, so arranged a viewing for the following day. Was called an hour before the viewing and told the property was no longer available. Did they not know this would likely be the case beforehand? Awful customer service and just simply very rude.NegativeProfessionalism
We had a viewing and I was discussed at how We was treated during the whole viewing! She did not know any details regarding the property whatsoever, any question asked she responded with an awful tone telling us to call up and ask the office! She was rushing us and telling us we only had 15 minutes to view the property and kept looking at her watch the whole time and was more worried about the traffic to get home. Would definitely not sell or buy a house with this company again. Edited as can’t reply: The estate agent are trying to cause the homeowners of they’re mistakes which is absolutely disgusting! The homeowners were not in the property at all! So this is a big lie! Don’t believe a word they say! Discusting!! I have had viewings with other companies where we have been there for an hour and in regards to only having limited time that’s completely fine but you don’t stand and stare at your watch! If you haven’t got time to show people around a property then rearrange for more of a convenient time!NegativeProfessionalism
Tried to view a property today. Up from London promised a call back with no response. When I chased them up I was told by a rude little girl 'oh we have been there already today we wont come out again' 1) very rude 2) great service to the landlord 3) avoid at all costs!

It's been year and half I'm living here in this property i have many problems such as heating garden bathroom I get in touch with them but they dont respond and sort things out for me my heating has gone but no 1 came to sort it out me and my family are sitting in the cold my boys are not feeling well from my point off view I suggest to everyone that don't get a property from this estate agent coz they are not doing a great
They don't deserve even 1 star. They lie about admin fees. On the viewing Bradley told us it is just 180, when we arrived at agency they asked for 175 more!!! Then Bradley also misinformed us about guarantor criteria as well! Stay out or you will be unpleasantly surprised!!!
